AZEALIA BANKS FACES DISPARAGE FROM K-POP FANS.

Azealia spites K-pop fans by sharing a series of Instagram stories disapproving of the existence of K-pop by calling it “a bunch of twerking twinks”.

In her post, she stated that;

“Sidebar: now that we are done pretending Chris Brown isn’t the most important artist of the decade can we pretty please tell these Fruity K-pop weirdos to get out of here with their ghost bleach booties and trash Michael Jackson Choreo? The K-pop boys are just a bunch of twerking twinks.”

Many interpreted Bank’s” trashy Michael Jackson Choreo” statement as a direct pointer to BTS’ Jungkook. JK had recently received a comparison to Michael Jackson for his solo song “Standing Next to You.” Which is part of the songs on the debuted album Golden.

All this resulted when she posted a series of Instagram stories about the recently leveled allegations of ASAP ROCKY. She discussed how the rapper has been charged with the act of violence but has not faced any reputation while using Chris Brown as a point of reference and also stating her love for his music.

OTHER CONTROVERSIES

This incident adds to her history of controversial remarks. Recently she earned the names transphobic and homophobic after a public dispute with Troye Sivan who is an openly gay musician. In 2019, the 32-year-old rapper went after Democratic Presidential Candidate Andrew Yang, accusing him of being a Chinese spy. Oddly enough, this is not the first time Azealia mentions Jungkook. In 2021, she shared a photoset of Jungkook and related to his experience.

Though there is now calm in the storm she faced hateful comments from K-pop fans and BTS’ Army.

“Azealia Banks spends her time making fun of an 11-year-old girl. This woman is a sad and miserable bigot, and her fans think being edgy and bigot is funny. In reality you just look like losers LMAO”.
